Responsibilities
Independently manage 10+ qualitative market research projects at a time
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives
Coordinate all project deliverables, including kickoff participation, recruitment updates, and technology logistics
Work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure aligned workflows
Recruit for 10+ qualitative studies simultaneously, meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and timelines
Maintain accurate documentation of outreach, participant status, and study progress
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful recruitment and fielding across all ongoing projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience in participant recruitment, customer service, research coordination, or a similar field is preferred.
Experience in qualitative market research, project management, participant recruitment, or related fields.
Prior experience managing clients, research coordination, or digital recruitment processes preferred.
