About the role

  • Project Manager managing qualitative market research studies for participant recruitment and project management. Ensuring seamless experience for clients, participants, and internal teams through effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage 10+ qualitative market research projects at a time
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives
  • Coordinate all project deliverables, including kickoff participation, recruitment updates, and technology logistics
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure aligned workflows
  • Recruit for 10+ qualitative studies simultaneously, meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and timelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of outreach, participant status, and study progress
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful recruitment and fielding across all ongoing projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Prior experience in participant recruitment, customer service, research coordination, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Experience in qualitative market research, project management, participant recruitment, or related fields.
  • Prior experience managing clients, research coordination, or digital recruitment processes preferred.
  • Operating Systems: Windows, macOS
  • Google Docs/Sheets/GChat
