- Design and build scalable ML systems and AI solutions
- Manage data pipelines and ensuring data quality
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to manage the model development pipeline
- Promote and implement AI best practices and continuous improvement
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with deployed AI systems
- Document all steps in the development process
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience at least in software engineering role
- Skills of:
- Strong hands-on experience designing, prototyping, and implementing AI solution
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Programming Languages: Python, Java
- Experience with LLM, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
- Strong background in software engineering principles, including deployment and maintenance of AI systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, experience with AWS is an advantage
- Experience with databases and data stores
- Statistical analysis, data visualization
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members
- Leadership: supervises, mentors, and provides guidance to junior engineers or apprentices
- Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, good communication and strong team collaborator
