About the role

  • Lead Talent Partner driving recruitment strategy for global Product & Engineering teams at SafetyCulture. Uniting innovative sourcing and stakeholder management to attract top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles and business units, focusing on global Product and Engineering teams. Partner closely with senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a global recruitment team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by providing best-in-class recruitment consulting and leveraging data insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to proactively build passive talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of high-caliber candidates.
  • Champion SafetyCulture as an innovative employer while screening candidates, explaining equity, negotiating and closing offers
  • Provide a fantastic candidate experience and model exceptional interviewing skills.
  • Elevate the company’s employer brand by leveraging your personal networks, thought leadership, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity in recruitment workflows, bringing new ideas to improve decision-making and outcomes.
  • Partner with the People & Culture and Workplace Experience teams to ensure alignment on talent strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable, global recruitment practices that reflect the needs of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Make critical decisions and drive initiatives without waiting for others to act.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring for product and engineering roles at scale preferred. Experience managing global recruitment teams is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams in a global context.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and tools, with the ability to proactively adapt them to dynamic business needs.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain successful relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a scaling business.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
