Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Background in CS/EE, a coding bootcamp, or equivalent hands-on experience building production systems
- Comfortable with Frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript, React), Backend (Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs), and Infrastructure (relational databases, Git, AWS) technologies
- Willingness to learn and adopt best-in-class tools like Linear, Cursor, and other fast-moving AI-powered developer tools
- DevOps experience is a bonus, especially if you’re interested in understanding how code runs in production
- Excited to work in-person or hybrid from our beautiful downtown Austin office
