Responsibilities
- Lead the technical BI and Analytics team, ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with business needs.
- Develop and oversee data collection, integration, and modeling processes for advanced analyses.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable information for managers.
- Conduct advanced exploratory analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of the data used to generate insights.
- Support business areas in defining strategic KPIs and metrics.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to advance BI and Analytics platforms.
- Serve as an internal consultant, advising stakeholders on best practices for analysis and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technology-related field.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following business areas: Customer Service, Revenue Recovery, Collections, Billing, Field Operations, or Finance.
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
- Experience with ETL processes and tools (Informatica, DataFlow, or Airflow).
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis and use of languages such as Python (or R).
- Familiarity with Big Data and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
