Requirements
- Extensive experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management in large-scale organizations, covering both development and production of complex products.
- Proven leadership skills managing teams within and outside your organization.
- Excellent ability to build and manage relationships and cooperate and engage internal or external teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
- Experience of carrying out external and internal audits
- Knowledge and understanding of regulated processes for high quality products with high safety standards.
