Responsibilities
- Create a positive team member experience
- Manage Development Team work items, initiatives, and projects
- Organize and maintain Development Team sprints and backlogs in conjunction with the Product Team
- Participate in code reviews to help the development team maintain high quality of delivered code
- Facilitate team retrospectives to help iteratively guide the team through tool, technology, and process improvements
- Design and implement application and system architectures
- Work with engineering teams to develop best of breed processes and development capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to continually respond to changing market needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent related work experience.
- Ten or more years of enterprise applications architecture and development experience in a developer, architect, or managerial capacity.
- Languages: Typescript, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML, CSS, C#, and SQL
- Frameworks: Angular, React, Bootstrap, .NET
- Extensive front end experience with knowledge of multi-tiered applications
- Valid driver’s license required.
