About the role
- Project Manager responsible for executing Boost’r & Care accounts at RusHour. Ensures timely delivery and coordination with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsable de la bonne exécution opérationnelle des comptes Boost’r & Care
- Garantit que les livrables sont livrés dans les délais et conformes à la promesse commerciale
- Coordonne les équipes internes pour fluidifier les échanges et éviter les silos
- Gère les risques et escalades en identifiant les points de friction
- Contribue à rendre l’organisation scalable et documente les bonnes pratiques
Requirements
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets opérationnels (SaaS, agence, ops, conseil ou environnement multi-clients)
- Forte capacité d’organisation et de priorisation
- Excellentes compétences de coordination inter-équipes
- À l’aise dans des environnements en croissance rapide
- Capacité à anticiper les problèmes et à gérer les escalades
- Rigueur, fiabilité, sens du détail
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en français
- Une expérience dans le SaaS, la foodtech ou des environnements orientés delivery est un plus.
