About the role

  • Senior Social Media Manager responsible for building digital presence for an executive and managing their online content strategy. Requires strong skills in social media management and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the complete digital presence of one of our directors;
  • Build, position and strengthen the executive's personal brand;
  • Ensure consistency, coherent narrative and excellence across all content channels;
  • Develop a content strategy aligned with the CEO's vision, objectives and personal brand positioning;
  • Build and maintain the editorial calendar taking into account the executive's schedule, institutional priorities and strategic themes;
  • Identify trends, exposure opportunities, relevant topics and market movements;
  • Monitor mentions, public conversations and topics related to the CEO's positioning;
  • Conduct continuous benchmarking with reference leaders and executives;
  • Create captions, scripts, speeches, messages and narratives consistent with the CEO's voice and personality;
  • Participate in recordings, guide capture and support the CEO in videos, speeches and public appearances;
  • Produce, edit and finalize content in various formats (Reels, Stories, short videos, TikTok and corporate videos);
  • Capture photos and videos at events, trips, meetings and behind the scenes;
  • Develop proprietary content segments, formats and series;
  • Schedule and publish content on social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts);
  • Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all produced materials;
  • Manage messages, invitations and opportunities related to the CEO's digital presence;
  • Organize recording routines, content backlog and production pipeline;
  • Monitor metrics for reach, engagement, growth and reputational impact;
  • Prepare analytical reports and optimization recommendations;
  • Run A/B tests on formats, CTAs and narrative approaches;
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, branding, design, audiovisual and corporate communications);
  • Organize the content library, raw assets, key phrases and strategic references.

Requirements

  • Solid experience managing social media and personal branding (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts);
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and a natural ability to capture and reproduce the brand's voice;
  • Proficiency in the production and editing of short videos (CapCut, Canva, Premiere or similar);
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands;
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or related fields.
