Responsibilities
- Designs major components or major portions of functional systems, technically advanced prototypes, and specific products using computer design and engineering systems.
- Investigates pertinent design factors such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials and equipment, interchangeability, replaceability, strength-weight efficiency, and contractual specifications requirements and cost.
- Provides analytical support through all design phases, production manufacturing and field support services.
- Analysis and disposition of quality non-conformances (QNs) for new parts, and supplier requests for information (SRI’s).

- Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering and/or Aerospace Engineering.
