Provide executive and administrative support to multiple executives
Must be local and able to work from the local office 2x week
Provide project management assistance on initiatives across multiple departments
Organize, plan and execute team morale activities, corporate meetings, department offsites, and other company events
Attend team meetings, take minutes, track action items, and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources for effective follow-up
Be a cultural ambassador and help build great relationships throughout RTI
Exercise strong judgment and discretion with confidential information
Remain extremely organized, take initiative, work independently and follow-through on tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (direct executive support, project management, coordinator roles, or event planning experience)
Ability to prioritize work and learn quickly in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
People-oriented, positive, great listening skills, can-do attitude, and willingness to help all
Excellent communications skills and professional demeanor; able to use discretion when necessary
Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and execute with ease
Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; complex calendar management is a must.
