Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a cross functional team of engineers
  • Drive design, development, testing, integration, and support of software products
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, marketing, and customer teams
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development
  • Interface with senior management to report milestones and influence product direction
  • Promote secure development practices and ensure compliance with SDLC standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale software development
  • 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization, and Active Directory
  • Strong understanding of security concepts and IAM use cases
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
