  • Store Manager leading a team in Berlin at Sandbox VR, responsible for smooth operations and guest experiences. Seeking experienced professional in hospitality or entertainment with clear leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • You lead and develop a team of employees and shift supervisors.
  • You ensure smooth day-to-day operations – from service to technical to personnel.
  • You manage and develop the location with clear structures, monitor KPIs and set priorities.
  • You establish active selling within the team, promote add-on sales and instill a strong sense for guest experience and sales.
  • You work with modern booking and management systems (you don't need to be an IT expert, but you must be willing to learn).
  • You are a point of contact for guests, employees, external partners and senior management.
  • You take full responsibility.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a leadership position (hospitality, entertainment, hotel industry, retail or comparable fields).
  • A leadership style that is clear, fair and consistent – you get people to take action.
  • High personal responsibility, reliability and resilience.
  • Enjoyment of organization, structure and operational work.
  • Confident use of booking and management systems and willingness to continuously improve them.
  • Basic technical affinity: you are willing to understand systems and diagnose issues before escalating them.
  • A realistic understanding of team dynamics and operational challenges.
