Requirements
Several years of experience in a leadership position (hospitality, entertainment, hotel industry, retail or comparable fields).
A leadership style that is clear, fair and consistent – you get people to take action.
High personal responsibility, reliability and resilience.
Enjoyment of organization, structure and operational work.
Confident use of booking and management systems and willingness to continuously improve them.
Basic technical affinity: you are willing to understand systems and diagnose issues before escalating them.
A realistic understanding of team dynamics and operational challenges.
