Responsibilities
- Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear, consistent, and efficient experiences.
- Work from discovery and research through to the final delivery of digital products.
- Work in multidisciplinary squads, collaborating with Product Designers, Product Owners, QA, and Developers.
- Ensure consistency and quality in the creation of features and digital experiences.
- Produce precise content with a 360° product perspective, considering context and the user journey.
- Actively contribute to the development and evolution of the Voice & Tone Guide, Controlled Vocabulary, and other Content team documentation.
- Participate in or lead workshops to gather user insights and feedback.
- Create and review scripts, storytelling, transactional emails, chatbots, forms, and FAQs.
- Advocate decisions based on data and usability research.
- Apply knowledge of Design and Product metrics to guide content decisions.
- Promote and apply best practices in Content Ops and Design Systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Content Designer or UX Writer.
- Strong background in digital products and platform maintenance and support.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and User Research.
- Familiarity with Design Systems and content operations (Content Ops).
- Experience using Design and Product metrics to measure content impact.
- Knowledge of generative AI tools applied to UX writing.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Dovetail.
- Familiarity with plugins and tools for optimizing the UX Writing workflow.
- Behavioral skills: Ability to self-manage tasks, time, and expectations with autonomy.
- Proactivity and active participation in multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to critically analyze the product and its interfaces.
- Clear, empathetic communication oriented toward solving complex problems simply.
