About the role

- Own and administer the Facilities Operations change control framework
- Apply reliability engineering and operational risk management principles to evaluate proposed changes

- Provide governance oversight for high‑risk, high‑impact, or customer‑impacting changes
- Conduct Post‑Implementation Reviews to validate change outcomes
- Develop and maintain change performance metrics supporting Facilities Operations management review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent mission‑critical facilities experience
- Experience supporting or governing work in high‑availability or critical infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated experience applying change control, operational risk management, or reliability engineering principles
