About the role
- Outreach Manager developing impactful year-round programs for Roundup River Ranch campers and their families. Collaborating with internal teams and managing outreach initiatives for emotional and medical support.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in delivering impactful, year-round programs for campers and their families
- Develop innovative programming in collaboration with internal teams and partner organizations
- Support marketing, admissions, and development initiatives to promote and grow outreach efforts
- Manage the outreach program budget and coordinate camper’s medical needs in outreach programming
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and support Outreach Fellow and outreach volunteers
- Ensure compliance with licensing and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of two years management or leadership experience
- 4 year degree and/or equivalent work experience and/or related professional certification in a related field
- Previous experience working with children who have a serious illness and / or special needs
- Previous programming experience for children ages 7-17
