About the role

  • Outreach Manager developing impactful year-round programs for Roundup River Ranch campers and their families. Collaborating with internal teams and managing outreach initiatives for emotional and medical support.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in delivering impactful, year-round programs for campers and their families
  • Develop innovative programming in collaboration with internal teams and partner organizations
  • Support marketing, admissions, and development initiatives to promote and grow outreach efforts
  • Manage the outreach program budget and coordinate camper’s medical needs in outreach programming
  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and support Outreach Fellow and outreach volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years management or leadership experience
  • 4 year degree and/or equivalent work experience and/or related professional certification in a related field
  • Previous experience working with children who have a serious illness and / or special needs
  • Previous programming experience for children ages 7-17
