About the role

• Product Engineer at Rose Bikes developing innovative bikes from concept to production, collaborating with international suppliers and internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop frame sets from initial concept through to production release
• Integrate bike systems and components
• Work closely with international contract suppliers
• Provide technical consulting to brand management
• Support marketing with product launches
• Conduct collaborative projects with universities
• Contribute to innovative bike concepts with a focus on engineering, design and functionality

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering with a focus on design) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in product development and design
• Ideally, initial experience in the bike or sporting goods industry
• Knowledge of frame design and experience with aluminum and carbon processing is an advantage
• Excellent skills in 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Passion for bikes and technical products
• Independent working style, enthusiasm for innovation and results-oriented thinking
• Good market awareness and technical understanding
