About the role
- Frontend Developer developing modern Frontends for ROSE Bikes using Vue.js and Nuxt. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize web frontends based on Vue.js and Nuxt
- Actively shape the technical implementation of the e-commerce strategy — from conversion and performance to scalability
- Implement UI/UX concepts with a focus on accessibility and usability
- Contribute to the development of the frontend architecture and take responsibility for code quality, reviews and tests
- Consider security aspects in the frontend and work according to current best practices
- Work on stable release processes, continuous deployment and use modern tools within an agile, cross-functional team
- Actively promote professional development through trainings, conferences and knowledge exchange within the team
Requirements
- Solid experience in frontend development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Very good knowledge of Vue.js and ideally Nuxt
- Confident working with design systems
- Good understanding of security best practices for the web
- Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ideally experience in an e-commerce environment — e.g. shops, checkout flows, payments or tracking
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools such as Pinia, Tailwind, Zod, CI/CD pipelines or cloud environments is a plus
- Fluent German and English (C2 written and spoken)
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Germany
