About the role

  • Consultant for health and research institutions supporting M&A and restructuring projects. Engaging with clients to enhance transparency and efficiency in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Support in consulting and audit engagements with hospitals, long-term care facilities, large research institutions and other non-profit clients
  • This includes supporting M&A transactions, restructuring and turnaround projects, interim management, economic analyses (e.g., profitability/feasibility studies), and more
  • Support in special audits and expert review assignments
  • On-site consulting assignments at client locations

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on business administration or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interest in numbers, financial statements and business processes
  • Self-motivation, analytical skills, ability to work independently, teamwork, and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Service orientation, enjoyment of client contact, and a confident, professional manner
