Responsibilities
Attend to and develop BTG offices in the São Paulo region, ensuring proximity, performance and consultative support.
Manage portfolios, analyzing volume, sales funnel, opportunities and activation initiatives.
Train and advise advisors on the Consórcio product (consortium financing), including approach strategies for high-end clients.
Conduct commercial meetings, on-site visits and presentations for partners and internal office teams.
Support deal structuring, scenario analysis, simulations and solutions for investors.
Monitor performance indicators and create action plans to boost sales.
Act as a liaison between internal areas (product, formalization, legal, operations) and partner offices.
Operate with a consultative mindset, mapping client needs and building commercial opportunities.
Identify emerging markets and stay informed about products and competitors' status.
Assist in negotiations and sales closings. Encourage and guide the sales team to prospect new business, accompany negotiations from initial contact to closing, and work directly on prospecting to warm up leads and support the sales team in achieving results.
Motivate each member of the sales team to pursue deals with the aim of maximizing the number of commissioned staff who finalize sales during the month; act with positive, encouraging energy to drive delivery.
Manage the client portfolio. Oversee the retention portfolio (clients current on payments), and work directly and indirectly on delinquent accounts to increase the retention rate. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's client base and ensure client retention; actively manage the portfolio to minimize churn and secure renewals.
Assist with credit processes and day-to-day customer service requests.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed
Solid commercial/sales experience, preferably in financial markets, investments or consórcio
Practical knowledge of the Consórcio product and its rules (credit, award/contemplation, bids, addenda, installments)
Highly communicative, organized profile with strong teaching/mentoring skills and a consultative approach
Ability to build relationships with demanding, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
Ability to analyze portfolios, performance indicators and manage a sales pipeline
Availability for an active external schedule (visits and field follow-ups)
Own vehicle and availability to travel
