About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SaaS best practices
- Own and define core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR) and ensure consistent definitions across the organization
- Develop and analyze retention, churn, and cohort reporting to support revenue forecasting and strategic planning
- Perform advanced data manipulation and modeling across large and complex datasets
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product) to improve reporting and insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
- Support board reporting, including functional P&L tracking and operational KPI’s
- Validate data integrity across CRM, billing, and financial systems (i.e. Salesforce)
- Assist with M&A-related financial analysis, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration support (as applicable)
- Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ARR reporting and SaaS financial reporting
- Proven expertise in retention and churn analysis
- Expert-level data manipulation skills (advanced Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition principles and subscription business models
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage multiple analytical workstreams
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Exposure to M&A transactions or integration work
- Background in high-growth or VC/PE-backed SaaS/technology environments
