About the role
- Community Manager overseeing candidate engagement through group discussions at Rocket School. Creating content and maintaining group dynamics for prospective students.
Responsibilities
- Au sein de l’équipe commerciale, vous serez en charge de l’animation quotidienne des communautés candidats.
- Animation des groupes candidats
- Animer des groupes de discussion (WhatsApp ou équivalent)
- Répondre aux questions des candidats
- Relancer et engager les membres du groupe
- Maintenir une dynamique active et positive
- Création de contenu
- Proposer et publier du contenu régulièrement (infos formation, conseils, témoignages, tips)
- Adapter les messages en fonction des profils candidats
- Participer à la structuration des formats de contenu
- Suivi & engagement
- Suivre l’activité des groupes (participation, engagement)
- Identifier les candidats à relancer ou accompagner
- Contribuer à améliorer l’expérience candidat
Requirements
- Étudiant(e) Bac +3 à Bac +5
- Très bon relationnel et excellente communication écrite
- À l’aise avec les outils de messagerie (WhatsApp, réseaux sociaux…)
- Organisé(e), réactif(ve) et impliqué(e)
- Sens du service et de l’accompagnement
- Une appétence pour les sujets formation, recrutement ou community management est un plus.
