About the role

Responsibilities

  • You will be the Roche focal point working in partnership with stakeholders who are directly involved in the patient journey for this specialty.
  • Gain a deep understanding of needs to connect Roche's capabilities and co-create solutions.
  • Responsible for identifying a shared purpose within the ecosystem related to the patient journey.
  • Enhance the patient journey with a focus on the local scientific community.
  • Act as a trusted partner and internally communicate patients’ needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification and/or MBA preferred.
  • Mandatory experience in Rheumatology or Nephrology.
  • Knowledge of Lupus Nephritis will be considered a highly desirable advantage.
  • Previous experience working with the private healthcare market.
  • Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and the Brazilian Health System.
  • Experience establishing partnerships with hospitals, providers, payers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Experience managing key accounts and product launches.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop cross-functional strategies.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (approximately 50% of the time).
