About the role

  • Talent Manager at Robert Half developing business with clients and marketing services. Responsible for recruiting administrative and customer support professionals for clients' needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients
  • Market services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Recruit, interview, and match administrative and customer support professionals with clients’ projects
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase company presence

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 1+ years administrative or customer support experience preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment
  • Success in developing new business in a multi‐call, multi‐decision maker environment
  • Marketing to and closing top level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with any Contact Management Application (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of administrative and customer support department operations
  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach.
