Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing
Strong presentation skills and proactive networking
Excellent communication skills
Client-facing advisory skills and a demonstrable client-centric approach
Deep knowledge of placing IT consultants
Specific knowledge of customer landscapes in Energy, Public sector, or Military & Defence is a plus
Ability to conduct professional business negotiations and build profitable, peer-level partnerships
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot)
Analytical thinking skills
Fluent German (C1) and English (B2)
