About the role
- Werkstudent supporting UX Research and Design processes at RIB Group in Berlin and Stuttgart. Involves user research, prototyping, and collaboration on design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support in planning and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
- Analyze research findings and document insights in Dovetail
- Contribute to the creation of wireframes, prototypes and UI designs in Figma
- Support design operations: documentation, process optimization and internal coordination
- General assistance to the Head of Product Design on design-related initiatives
- Participate in customer visits and observe product usage on construction sites
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in UX Design, HCI, Psychology or a related field
- Interest in UX research, Design Ops and the end-to-end UX/UI process
- Good knowledge of design tools such as Figma
- Experience with research tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English for international collaboration and UX research
- Willingness to work on-site occasionally in Berlin or Stuttgart
