About the role

  • Werkstudent supporting UX Research and Design processes at RIB Group in Berlin and Stuttgart. Involves user research, prototyping, and collaboration on design workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support in planning and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
  • Analyze research findings and document insights in Dovetail
  • Contribute to the creation of wireframes, prototypes and UI designs in Figma
  • Support design operations: documentation, process optimization and internal coordination
  • General assistance to the Head of Product Design on design-related initiatives
  • Participate in customer visits and observe product usage on construction sites

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in UX Design, HCI, Psychology or a related field
  • Interest in UX research, Design Ops and the end-to-end UX/UI process
  • Good knowledge of design tools such as Figma
  • Experience with research tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English for international collaboration and UX research
  • Willingness to work on-site occasionally in Berlin or Stuttgart
