About the role

  • Assist in the purchasing process, from vendor/product registrations to issuing purchase orders;
  • Monitor product deliveries to ensure deadlines are met;
  • Track orders and generate purchasing reports to help optimize workflow;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure purchasing efficiency;
  • Assist with control of purchase documents and invoices;
  • Monitor supplier performance and report any quality or delivery issues;
  • Organize purchasing department documentation, including tracking spreadsheets and quotations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a related field;
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing control tools, spreadsheets (Excel), and purchasing management systems (ERP);
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to work to deadlines;
  • Proactive, willing to learn and able to work in a team;
  • Work model: Hybrid.
