Responsibilities
- Transform customer data into insights that support strategic decisions in CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Product;
- Build clear, visual, and actionable dashboards and reports for stakeholders across different areas;
- Conduct statistical analyses, customer segmentation, behavioral studies, and campaign performance evaluations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, frame data problems, and propose practical solutions;
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments;
- Contribute to the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI/LLMs) as productivity tools in day-to-day work;
- Stay up to date on trends in data, visualization, CRM, and consumer behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Languages and tools: SQL (intermediate or advanced); Python (intermediate or advanced); Preferred: BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar);
- Generative Artificial Intelligence: experience using GenAI as a work tool;
- Statistics: hypothesis testing, descriptive and inferential analysis.
