About the role
- Analista de Backoffice Jr supporting Riachuelo's financial operations. Monitor inconsistencies and ensure accurate financial transactions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and address inconsistencies in Pix payments, identifying rejection reasons and arranging resubmission or correction of bank details;
- Generate settlement or installment boletos (bank slips) and post system settlement after bank clearing;
- Perform financial and operational reconciliation between internal systems, bank statements, and paying entities;
- Handle requests for issuing duplicate contracts and preparing settlement or consent letters;
- Validate the integrity of customer registration and bank information prior to final contract posting/endorsement;
- Interface with the portability system by processing and tracking SRCC (Sistema de Registro de Crédito Cedido) and MCB (Movimentação de Crédito Bancário) files;
- Process requests for withdrawal or cancellation, ensuring reversal of margin and refund of amounts when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields (completed or in progress);
- Previous experience in banking operations;
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate) and familiarity with credit management systems;
- Knowledge of data tools/languages such as SQL or Power BI;
- Professional certification focused on the financial market (e.g., ANEPS or FEBRABAN).
