About the role

  • Recursos Humanos Analyst supporting talent hiring processes at RHI Magnesita in Brazil. Conducting recruitment cycle steps and ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review job requisitions for open positions;
  • Update requisitions with additional information or changes;
  • Post job openings on internal and external sites, as well as with partner agencies;
  • Support briefing and relationship with recruitment agencies;
  • Share opportunities through internal communication channels;
  • Perform initial resume screening according to position requirements;
  • Assist in organizing the selection process (scheduling interviews, sending invites and communications);
  • Support candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment stages;
  • Update vacancy status reports and support area KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems and job posting platforms is desirable;
  • Experience with ERP systems used in recruitment (e.g., SAP);
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment;
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
