- Share opportunities through internal communication channels;
- Perform initial resume screening according to position requirements;
- Assist in organizing the selection process (scheduling interviews, sending invites and communications);
- Support candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment stages;
- Update vacancy status reports and support area KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or related fields;
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Knowledge of recruitment systems and job posting platforms is desirable;
- Experience with ERP systems used in recruitment (e.g., SAP);
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment;
- Intermediate to advanced English.
