Partner with senior creative management and other members of the department to concept and refine ideas across media
Review creative department work and lead group efforts
Develop and present creative work, both internally and to clients

Team up to push the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation
Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace
Work with other members of senior management to identify opportunities for growth and the resources needed

Requirements
12+ years of experience working full-time within marketing
Portfolio of produced work, including samples related to global sponsorship campaign activations.
An exemplary history grounded as either an art director or copywriter, with extensive experience in the UK/European market.
