About the role

  • Lead integrated marketing efforts and manage the creative team for a global sports marketing agency. Responsible for mentoring and overseeing creative projects to enhance brand representation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior creative management and other members of the department to concept and refine ideas across media
  • Review creative department work and lead group efforts
  • Develop and present creative work, both internally and to clients
  • Provide department vision, organization, and mentorship
  • Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
  • Team up to push the agency’s work to a higher aesthetic and reputation
  • Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace
  • Work with other members of senior management to identify opportunities for growth and the resources needed
  • Additional duties that support the agency, department, and program goals

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience working full-time within marketing
  • Portfolio of produced work, including samples related to global sponsorship campaign activations.
  • An exemplary history grounded as either an art director or copywriter, with extensive experience in the UK/European market.
  • Great presentation ability
  • Willingness to travel on occasion
