Senior Art Director for B2B tech company leading creative execution and visual evolution. Involves designing campaigns and digital experiences with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
Lead the process of capturing, understanding, and organizing briefs, transforming business objectives into effective, scalable, and consistent visual solutions;
Create and evolve visual identities, key visuals, and graphic systems for digital campaigns, product launches, and Go-to-Market initiatives;
Translate creative concepts across multiple digital formats, such as banners, social posts, Stories, short-form videos, paid media assets, email marketing, landing pages, microsites/hotsites, and corporate materials;
Act strategically on acquisition and media campaigns, producing segmented, testable, and performance-oriented assets (CRO);
Apply advanced UX/UI and CRO concepts to landing pages, microsites, and digital journeys, actively participating in A/B testing and continuous optimization;
Work with our CMS to maintain, evolve, and publish site pages in partnership with Marketing and Technology;
Support the team in video creation, aesthetic direction, and editing (basic motion, short-form campaign and social videos, and product videos);
Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (image, video, text, or creative automation) to accelerate processes, explore concepts, and increase creative efficiency;
Ensure visual consistency, aesthetic evolution, and brand governance by maintaining standards, assets, guidelines, and best practices;
Analyze data from marketing, media, and user-behavior platforms to propose creative solutions grounded in real insights;
Serve as a technical and creative reference, supporting other designers and stakeholders in decision-making.
Requirements
Degree in Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, or related fields;
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a designer (preferably in B2B);
Advanced English proficiency;
Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects - basic);
Knowledge of Webflow (CMS) for creating and maintaining pages;
Experience with platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads & Analytics, YouTube, Hotjar, RD Station, Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, and Miro;
Experience with landing pages, CRO, and A/B testing;
Practical familiarity with AI tools applied to design and marketing;
Knowledge of WordPress is a plus;
