About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative at Restaurant365 managing full sales cycle for high-volume inbound leads. Drive revenue by closing opportunities with restaurant customers nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Guide restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide through a buying process and sign them to R365 virtually.
  • Maintain weekly activity and pipeline requirements.
  • Maintain ARR quota achievement.
  • Execute a full cycle sales process including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Be coachable and willing to learn

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years’ inside sales experience.
  • Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred
  • Open to constructive honesty and constant development.
  • Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days
  • Familiarity with modern AI-copilot and approaches.
  • Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry
  • Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team
  • Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.
