About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative at SUSE engaging in sales activities and managing customer relationships. Driving new commercial business and supporting Enterprise sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in various sales activities supporting Enterprise sales teams
  • Develop relationships with non-named accounts
  • Drive new commercial business and facilitate renewals
  • Build outbound campaigns to engage priority target customers
  • Manage inbound leads by creating personalised sequences consisting of emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages
  • Propose additional SUSE solutions that will quickly resolve customer issues
  • Operate collaboratively with SUSE teams that are all touching the customer and the ecosystem

Requirements

  • College/University degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of proven professional selling experience, with a track record of success, preferably in IT or Data Center sales
  • experience & success in selling new business through partners and their respective initiatives/projects at senior executive level
  • Understanding of the Open Source, Software Defined Infrastructure or Cloud market and related customer needs is preferred
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Understanding and use of social selling (social media)
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (preferably MEDDPICC) and channel / partner models preferred
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (additional language/s may be required for the specific role)
