• Procurement Officer analyzing spending data to identify cost savings and efficiencies for Rentokil Initial businesses. Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to manage contracts and performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse spending data to identify cost savings and efficiencies across the Rentokil Initial businesses.
• Ensuring key suppliers are managed under contracts
• Supporting with supplier management on key suppliers
• Running tenders and informal market pricing benchmarking
• Managing internal processes related to data gathering
• Building and maintaining strong relations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Provide support when required on the management of the waste category
• Ensuring supplier management information is sent within contracted timeframes
• Managing internal trackers
• Sourcing a range of diverse and sustainable products and services
• Conducting ongoing supplier spending analysis
• Working with legal colleagues to negotiate draft contracts on service-level agreements
• Tracking and reporting on critical supplier contract performances
• Travel to suppliers

Requirements

• One year minimum experience in a previous procurement role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Confident in handling difficult conversations
• Strong people skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with people at all levels
• Excellent team player
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
• Full driving licence
