Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, Excel macros, SQL
- experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and database management

- Understanding of KPIs and organizational performance metrics
- Able to manage a small team of data analysts and provide mentoring and guidance
