- Prepare executive-ready updates and materials that enable timely, informed decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience leading project teams or coordinating cross-functional work
- Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly, establish credibility, and motivate teams to deliver through influence rather than authority
- Experience working across Operations, Product, and/or Technology teams
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risk, and quality while maintaining execution discipline and visibility
- PMP preferred (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
