About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform notarial and registry services, property searches, notations (averbações), asset searches, and other registry-related tasks
  • Liaise with notary and registry offices
  • Work in the asset-search workflow for case filing (litigation)
  • Compile asset-search kits for reimbursement
  • Track and manage requests using the internal system and reports.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Business Administration or related degree program (from the 1st year onward) or a Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must reside in cities near the office.
