About the role

- Purchasing hardware and software for our IT department
- Monitoring procurement processes from ordering through invoice verification
- Requesting and comparing quotes and maintaining supplier relationships
- Checking goods receipts and ensuring correct orders
- Creating and continuously maintaining IT assets in the system
- Monitoring scheduled orders and ensuring timely deliveries
- Advising internal stakeholders on the selection and procurement of IT hardware and software
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, initial experience in purchasing, procurement, or in an IT environment
- Structured working approach and ability to maintain oversight of multiple concurrent processes
- Confident communication with internal contacts and external suppliers
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and software or a strong interest in these areas
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
