About the role

Responsibilities
- Procurement of planning, construction and services for the implementation of new-build and existing building projects in compliance with public procurement law
- Initiating and jointly preparing framework agreements
- Reviewing and jointly developing specifications, quantity calculations and award criteria
- Preparing and coordinating tenders at the department level and contributing to procurement procedures carried out by the Central Procurement unit
- Monitoring the market and evaluating suitable contractors
- Developing and optimizing procurement strategies
Requirements
- A completed degree in economics or engineering, a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience, or a comparable qualification acquired by other means
- Experience in procuring planning and construction services
- Knowledge of HOAI and VOB is an advantage and can be deepened if required
- Practical experience applying public procurement law
- Experience in developing and drafting framework agreements
- Respectful and appreciative communication style
- Enjoy working with diverse interfaces and a structured, forward-looking way of working
