About the role
- Systemadministrator developing and automating Microsoft hybrid infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft 365. Working on security policies and collaborating with various teams to ensure IT stability.
Responsibilities
- Administer, automate, and further develop our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure – with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and the migration from on-premises to cloud-based services
- Implement security, compliance and governance policies and take on the management of Teams and enterprise applications
- Use PowerShell and other automation tools to optimize processes
- Evaluate new technologies, support proofs of concept and bring innovative solutions into production
- Work closely with Service Management, Security and business units
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent professional experience in a similar environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and associated admin portals
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory (on-premises & cloud); ideally with Intune and Conditional Access
- Structured thinking and clear documentation practices
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Good German language skills (minimum B2)
