Responsibilities
- Manage Day-to-Day FinanceOps: Review and handle accounts receivable/payable, bank payments, and collaborate with Aspia to ensure operational consistency from the outset.
- Optimize Finance Processes: Create and analyze monthly reports and fine-tune processes. Transition manual reporting to automated insights using the BI tool.
- Empower Growth: Enable financial literacy across the organization. Foster a commercial mindset that drives informed decisions and fuels our ambitions.
- Deliver Key Milestones: 30 Days: Manage AP and interactions with Aspia. 90 Days: Run full close processes and aggregate monthly financial reports. 360 Days: Ensure optimized FinanceOps, automated reporting, and seamless consolidation of annual reports. Lead budget processes together with the CFO.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a financial role at a similar company
- fluency in profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow fundamentals
