About the role

  • Werkstudent im Vertrieb bei Redtree, einem Anbieter digitaler Lösungen in der Energiebranche. Unterstützung im B2B-Sales und Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales support: You organize and prepare appointments, create presentations and proposals, and prepare materials for sales calls — no cold calling; the focus is on professional pre- and post-call preparation.
  • Participate in sales calls: You join calls, learn from experienced Account Executives, and gradually take on your own meetings.
  • Post-call follow-up & process assurance: Qualify leads, maintain CRM data, and handle follow-ups to ensure the entire sales funnel runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management or a related field.
  • Clear, professional communication in German (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus — key qualities: willingness to learn, structured working style, and a personable attitude.
  • Conduct structured phone calls with a clear objective and a natural flow.
  • View feedback and rejections as learning opportunities.
  • Work independently while being team-oriented.
