About the role
- AI Specialist Solution Architect providing expert technical sales support related to Red Hat AI products. Focusing on driving AI adoption within customer accounts by identifying blockers and facilitating solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert deep technical sales support related to Red Hat AI
- Identify challenges and blockers to drive Red Hat AI within customer accounts
- Plan, design, and execute AI systems with customers
- Facilitate pre and post-sales activities including technical deep dives and proofs of concept
- Collaborate closely with the AI business unit, sales and engineering teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning Use Case Development
- Practical experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., Python)
- Experience with OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps
- Executive presence with public speaking skills
- Previous experience as a sales engineer or technical sales preferably at an enterprise software or SaaS company
