Requirements
- Ausbildung oder Studium im therapeutischen Bereich, vorzugsweise Logopädie
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Krankenhaus- oder Rehabilitationsbereich
- Relevante Zusatzqualifikationen in Neurologie und Intensivmedizin
- Erfahrung in der Personalführung
- Kenntnisse in evidenzbasierter Therapie
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
- Kooperative und motivierende Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz
- Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung
