About the role

- Welcome, advise and support customers by creating a unique experience
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, demonstrating strong brand commitment

- Collaborate with the commercial team: monitor stock, anticipate shortages, and report field feedback

Requirements
- Experience in sales/advising in dermo-cosmetics (pharmacy, parapharmacy, aesthetic institute)
- Strong interest in scientific topics
- Knowledge of dermo-cosmetic brands and the market
- Qualification in aesthetics or cosmetics (preferred)
- Excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills and positive energy
- Solid expertise in dermo-cosmetics
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and high empathy
- Passion for customer advising, in-store activation and education
- Strong company culture mindset and team spirit
- Energetic, organized and autonomous
