Responsibilities
- Work closely with members of the Executive Committee (COMEX), Management Committee (CODIR) or business-line leaders to define a data strategy
- Lead the structuring of a data function
- Oversee the deployment of data management across the company (organization, processes, tools)
- Bring fresh perspectives by identifying tailored solutions for our clients
- Design and deliver awareness and training sessions for audiences at all levels
- Provide cross-functional input on strategic projects for organizations
- Develop and write bespoke approaches and responses to craft relevant commercial proposals
Requirements
- Degree from a top-tier business school (Rank A), engineering school, or university
- Substantial experience in a management consulting firm (minimum 6 years — excluding internships and apprenticeships)
- Strong ability to influence executive leadership (C-suite)
- Excellent interpersonal skills: impactful public speaking and ability to create polished presentations
- Commercial aptitude: prospecting, client relationship management, business development, and closing
- Curiosity, rigor, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal intelligence to solve complex problems
