Requirements

- 14+ years of solid experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC, IAM, VM, SecOps) with multi-domain management
- Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISM)
- Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams
- Experience developing and implementing new service offerings and leveraging automation technologies
- Understanding of consulting and managed services delivery models
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
