About the role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the overall leadership and organization of the integrated planning process through to construction implementation in the Building Services (HKLS) discipline.
- In the role of project manager you lead your team technically and represent the company externally.
- You plan within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- You represent the company to clients, authorities and partner firms.
- You carry the cost and performance responsibility for your projects.
- You work closely with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering and construction supervision/site management (ÖBA/OÜ).
- You actively implement the company’s Green Deal — planning climate-neutral with the aim of creating sustainable buildings.
Requirements
- Completed education (HTL or university degree) in building and energy technology or mechanical engineering.
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in the planning, coordination and delivery of large projects — ideally including data centers or healthcare projects.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Enjoy leading a diverse team and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability and climate-neutral planning.
- Strong awareness of deadlines, costs and quality.
