Responsibilities
You are responsible for the overall leadership and organization of the integrated planning process through to construction implementation in the Building Services (HKLS) discipline.
In the role of project manager you lead your team technically and represent the company externally.
You plan within an integrated team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
You represent the company to clients, authorities and partner firms.
You carry the cost and performance responsibility for your projects.
You work closely with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering and construction supervision/site management (ÖBA/OÜ).
You actively implement the company’s Green Deal — planning climate-neutral with the aim of creating sustainable buildings.
Requirements
Completed education (HTL or university degree) in building and energy technology or mechanical engineering.
Several years of leadership and professional experience in the planning, coordination and delivery of large projects — ideally including data centers or healthcare projects.
Very good German and English language skills.
Enjoy leading a diverse team and mentoring junior staff.
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
Enthusiasm for sustainability and climate-neutral planning.
Strong awareness of deadlines, costs and quality.
