Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports
Manage debtors, creditors, and bank reconciliations
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Develop and implement effective internal controls
Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Support internal and external audit processes
Provide training and guidance to bookkeeping and administrative staff
Maintain strong organisational and time management standards
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years’ relevant experience in a financial environment
Experience working on accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Afrikaans speaking advantageous
